Holy Fire® Reiki Level I Class Description

This class is the foundation of your Reiki journey. You’ll be introduced to what Reiki is, how it works, and how to work with it safely and confidently for yourself and others. Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing, understanding energy, and learning to give Reiki in a grounded and intuitive way, while experiencing the gentle yet powerful Holy Fire® energy.

What you’ll learn:

What Reiki is, how it works, and what it can support

The origin and history of Reiki

The Reiki Ideals and how they can support your daily life

Understanding the human energy system

The complete hand placement system for self-treatment and treating others

How to conduct a full Reiki self-treatment

How to give Reiki to others in a safe and grounded way

Japanese Reiki techniques taught include:

Gassho meditation for focus and centering

Byosen Scanning — sensing energy to locate areas needing Reiki

Reiji-ho — using inner guidance during a Reiki session

Kenyoku (dry bathing) — cleansing and strengthening your energy field

Gyoshi-ho — sending Reiki with your eyes

Practice time for giving and receiving Reiki

Holy Fire® Reiki Level II Class Description

Reiki Level II deepens your Reiki practice and expands your ability to work with energy more intentionally, intuitively, and across time and space. This level introduces the Reiki symbols and focuses on offering full Reiki sessions to others, distance healing, and strengthening your confidence as a practitioner while continuing your personal healing journey with Holy Fire® energy.

What you’ll learn:

A review of Reiki Level I foundations

The three Reiki symbols and how they enhance your Reiki practice

How the symbols are taught and activated within your energy system

How to incorporate the symbols into Reiki treatments for yourself and others

How to conduct a full Reiki session on another person

Distance Reiki (Enkaku Chiryo) for sending Reiki to people, animals, situations, and across time

Japanese Reiki techniques expanded in Level II include:

Advanced Byosen Scanning

Reiji-ho and Chiryo — allowing intuition rather than fixed hand positions to guide the session

Gyoshi-ho and focused energetic techniques

Traditional distance healing practices

This combined Reiki Levels I & II class offers a complete foundation and progression in Reiki for those who feel called to move through both levels together. You’ll learn what Reiki is, how it works, and how to work with it confidently for yourself and others, while gradually expanding into offering full sessions, working with Reiki symbols, and practicing distance healing.

Level I focuses on self-healing, understanding energy, and learning hands-on Reiki in a grounded and intuitive way.
