About Paula

I’m Paula, a certified Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of Sage & Lotus Reiki®.

I believe that self-care is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. My mission is to make healing accessible for the everyday person.

I offer a variety of services including private Reiki sessions, online Reiki classes, free monthly group Reiki sessions via Zoom, and access to recordings of past Reiki sessions.

My approach is rooted in allowing Reiki to do the work it’s meant to do. I hold a neutral space where Reiki can move naturally to support you in the way you need most.

I’m always a student first. I value continued education and approach Reiki with humility, allowing it to guide me in both my practice and my life.

I love working with those who are just beginning their Reiki journey, as well as supporting practitioners who are ready to grow into new skills through Master training. If this resonates, I hope to work with you.

Reiki Services

    Private Reiki Sessions

    I offer a variety of remote Holy Fire® Reiki & Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki sessions designed for relaxation, emotional release, and overall balance.

    Session Options:

    20 minutes — $30

    45 minutes — $45

    1 hour — $55

    Specialized Sessions:

    Holy Fire® Reiki Ultra Cleanse — $55

    Reiki for Your Home — $100

    Infuse an Object with Reiki — $15

    What to expect:

    Sessions are done remotely, so you can relax in your own space while Reiki is directed to your full body and energy system. You may set an intention or simply receive. Sessions can also be recorded for continued support.

    Reiki Classes

    I offer live, virtual training using the Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace system, with small-group, hands-on learning.

    Class Pricing:

    Level I — $200 (5–8 hour class)

    Level II — $250 (5–8 hour class)

    Level I & II Combined — $425 (2-day training)

    Monthly Virtual Group Reiki

    I offer a free, live monthly group Reiki session through Zoom using Holy Fire® Reiki and Holy Fire® Karuna® energy as a Holy Fire® Karuna® Master.

    Session Details:

    Monthly — Free (1-hour session)

    Zoom (camera off, muted for privacy)

    What to expect:

    You register and attend to receive a full one-hour Reiki session

    We begin with a Holy Fire® Healing Experience to help you relax

    Followed by a full-body session including aura and chakra rebalancing

    You’re welcome to set your own intention, or simply receive

    I close the session quietly with no group discussion afterward

    These sessions are meant to be a relaxing, private space to receive Reiki at no cost and as low barrier as possible. Receive and return whenever you feel called.
