What is Taught in Level 1 Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho)

The Level 1 Reiki course focuses on teaching the foundational principles and techniques of Reiki. It is the starting point for anyone interested in learning Reiki, emphasizing self-healing and the basics of sharing Reiki with others. This beginner-friendly course empowers you with simple tools to enhance well-being and connect with inner balance, laying the foundation for advanced Level 2 practices like distance healing.

Level 1 Reiki Overview

The Level 1 Reiki course teaches the foundational principles and techniques of Reiki, focusing on self-healing and basic energy healing for others. Key elements of the course include:

  • Introduction to Reiki: Learn about Reiki as a natural healing system that promotes relaxation and balance.

  • Reiki History: Learn the origins of Reiki and its founder, Mikao Usui including others who helped develop it.

  • LIVE Reiki Attunement: Receive a Level I attunement to connect with Reiki energy done by me via Zoom.

  • 5 Reiki Principles: Learn the five core Reiki principles.

  • Practical Techniques: Learn hand positions and healing techniques for self-healing and how to treat others, including pets.

  • Energy Protection: Learn techniques for protecting your energy during Reiki sessions.

  • Self-Practice: Develop a daily self-Reiki practice to strengthen your connection to Reiki energy

  • Ongoing Attunements: As a student of mine, you will continue to receive Reiki attunements to help you strengthen your connection to Reiki as Mikao Usui once did for his students.

This foundational class qualifies you to continue with Level II Reiki, where distance healing becomes an essential tool in your practice.
